FLAVOR MAP

Our ultimate goal is to make specialty coffee more accessible to consumers, which is why our freeze-dried products serve as a form tailored for the general market. In the long run, we aim to gradually guide more consumers into the world of specialty coffee.
To give consumers an easier understanding of the flavor profiles of coffee beans from different regions, this simplified flavor map was created.

Freeze-dried coffee often uses Arabica beans as the raw material to highlight the flavor profile of the coffee beans. Therefore, the reasons for its higher price compared to regular instant coffee are:
1. It is made from 100% Arabica beans, with no blending of Robusta beans.
2. It is 100% pure coffee, with no added ingredients—it is not a coffee-flavored beverage.
Talking about Arabica and Robusta, they are the two main types of coffee beans.
Arabica is more popular (about 60-70% of production). It is known for its smoother, sweeter, more complex flavor with hints of fruit, sugar, and berries. It has less caffeine and is generally more expensive, grown at higher altitudes.
Robusta has a stronger, harsher, more bitter taste with earthy or woody notes. It contains about twice as much caffeine, is more disease-resistant, and is cheaper. It's often used in espresso blends for crema and instant coffee.
