We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Sippin Panda. If you are not entirely happy with an item, our policy outlines the process for returns and refunds.
1. Return Eligibility

Timeframe: We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of the delivery date.

Condition: To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and in its original packaging. All original tags and labels must be attached.

For Online Purchases:

Please contact our customer service team at pandamanager@tsinglong.com within the 15-day period to request a return and obtain a Return Authorization number and instructions.

Once approved, securely pack the item(s) along with your proof of purchase and mail them to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your protection.

Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund.

Timing: If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

Shipping Costs: Please be aware that original shipping fees are non-refundable. Additionally, the cost of return shipping will be the customer's responsibility and may be deducted from the refund amount.
5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We sincerely apologize if your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item. Please contact us at pandamanager@tsinglong.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include photos of the product and its packaging in your email, and we will promptly arrange a replacement or full refund, including any shipping costs.

We currently only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please follow the return process above. Once your return is received and processed, you can place a new order for the item you need.
