It really dissolves incredibly fast. I simply dropped it into the water, and just as I was about to stir it with a spoon, it seemed to have already completely dissolved.

Completely different from the instant coffee I usually drink. At least it's sugar-free—it's just coffee, with a bitterness accompanied by some tangy acidity and fruity notes.

I tried Ethiopian SOE offiline, and it was strikingly close to a pour-over. This experience has really shifted my perspective on instant or freeze-dried coffee.
